The newest Russian tank T-14 Armata will be adopted by the end of 2024 after the successful completion of state and military tests.
"Armmata is currently undergoing the necessary tests. If they are completed successfully, the tank can be adopted by the end of 2024".
Another source confirmed this information and added that the tests paid special attention to the reliability of those systems and mechanisms of the tank that had previously been criticized by the military.
Recall that the T-14 Armata tank is the main battle tank of the III-th generation with an uninhabited turret, developed on the basis of the universal tracked platform "Armata." The development was carried out by the Ural Design Bureau of Transport Engineering, and production is carried out at Uralvagonzavod. Production of the T-14 began in 2021.
