India plans to upgrade T-90S Bhishma main battle tanks

Alexander Mikheev, general director of "Rosoboronexport" (Russian Department of Defense Technologies), said that the company is discussing with India the issue of modernizing the Indian T-90S Bhishma main battle tanks (MBT).
